Drs. Fizzah and M. Timothy Gocke recently sponsored The Washington Ballet’s Amuse Bouche special event on Friday, February 10th, 2017. Learn why we are honored to support our local community in this way.

An Honorable Cause for the Community and Beyond

The Washington Ballet’s Women’s Committee hosted an incredible event:
Amuse Bouche a lively evening benefiting The Washington Ballet where attendees could show their support while indulging in “a taste of France, dance, romance, and chance.”

Some highlights of the Amuse Bouche evening by TWB:

The evening began of course with a great champagne reception and a French-inspired meal. Each dish was combined with various types of wine selected by a local Virginia expert, Doug House, the owner of Chain Bridge Cellars in McLean.
Shortly after, attendees enjoyed an excerpt of Giselle masterfully performed by dancers from The Washington Ballet.
The final live auction was full of experiences and offers to travel the world including:

  • A 2 night stay at a 5 star luxury resort in Versailles, France
  • Wine tasting experiences and private tours
  • 2 tickets to Paris, France
  • And many local opportunities to fine dining

Were you a winner? We would love to see some photos of your trip and experiences fine dining!
